Owner financing or seller financing gives you complete ownership of the
home. With seller financing we become the bank and create financing that
is affordable for you. This way of purchase requires more of a down
payment and usually a better credit score of around 525 or better. Since
you won’t have to go to the bank to buy this way, you will be require to
put money down, at least 5% of the purchase price.
In Charlotte – Mecklenburg you don’t find too many completely owner
finance opportunities so that is why this is ideal for buyers that don’t
have the credit or job history to buy a home and get to enjoy complete
ownership of the home. That is why we require a larger down payment
because the home becomes yours.
